It was a bright start to the day but very windy by mid morning. The cloud base was still above the main Glenshee Munros early afternoon, the first rain hitting the windscreen when driving back.  It looked very cloudy and dark towards the main Cairngorms.
It will be Wintry on the hills over the next days but there should be a return to warmer conditions later this week.

Corrie Fionn from Meall Odhar. Not surprising but it was very quiet on the hill compared to yesterday.

Looking across to Cairn of Claise. Perhaps it will be mostly cosmetic but it will be a bit whiter by the end of Monday afternoon.
