Another Wintery blast last night with a covering of new snow by morning. Freezing levels gradually rose during the day, around 0 degrees Celsius by midday and expected to be above the summits
for these next days. Rain tonight with a dry but very windy day forecast.
Looks like we’ll lose quite a bit of snow over these next days.
Kenny making his way up the steps to the col. Precipitation was falling as snow first thing but gradually turning to rain late morning.
Drifting snow at 940 metres. Freezing levels are expected to be well above the summits tonight with rain at all levels.
