Good snow cover…

Another good day to be out – but there was a fairly significant wind chill factor – exposed skin cooled off pretty quickly. Some great snow around….and some really firm snow around: You will find yourself constantly transitioning from ice to snow and back again – fine when you can see it  – fairly challenging when the light lowers and visibility decreases. Sheltered locations are still holding deep, cold, dry, soft snow that is poorly bonded. It’s forecast to remain very cold – so not much will change in the near future…
