Drifting snow.

23rd March 2014

Main story today was drifting snow.  Snow was being stripped from exposed areas onto lee slopes.  As we have another change in direction tomorrow it’s likely we’ll have a similar pattern on Monday.
It felt very wintry when the snow showers came through but otherwise it was a bright and windy day.

Nice to see the Braemar Mountain Rescue Team out today. They were covering winter skills this morning and off to do some rope work this afternoon.
