Glenshee Ski Area

24th March 2013

It’s taken me 3 days but I finally got there today!  Plough has done a great job but it was still very windy. I believe there will be a little bit work done tomorrow on the roads and if the winds do what is forecast the Police will open the roads. The centre was busy with staff digging out and preparing the uplift and car parks. Deep snow in places, scoured in others, particularly high up.
Crown wall from a piste machine.
Looking to Meall Odhar.
There’s a club hut under there!
A 2 metre high wall and cornice ON the piste. I suspect the machines may knock it around before it opens though.
