We started off for Lochnagar this morning but encountered deep snow on the road at the Glen Muick cattle grid. It was too much for the wee Escort but I don’t think a Hummer could have made it in time for the avalanche report. So we found deep snow near Glenshee ski area for the test profile that shows the shear down 60cm on graupel. Excellent skiing in the area.
