What a difference a week makes.
Below: Last Thursday a ski tour in good wintry conditions. The Trig Point on Glas Maol virtually covered.
Below: Glas Maol summit today, 1 week on. Lochnagar in distance. White Mounth still has enough cover to tour, perhaps from around 800 metres, but you can link from lower. The gullies are holding snow and the freezing level is due to drop to 800 metres tonight then rise to 900 metres on Friday.
