Lochnagar

20th December 2014

There was no new snow today but there was plenty of windblown snow. Windslab was restricted to very sheltered locations. New cornices had developed  some locations.

Nice one Mark. Bet it was a bit windy on the crag?

Actually fine on the climb, but windy on the approach and the gearing up spot. Usual purgatorial situation; quite relieved not to get hot aches while putting crampons on!
