Visibility wasn’t great from around 850 metres today, however it wasn’t particularly windy or snowy either.
Ice on fence at valley level
It was cold at all levels.
Sam heading up Lochnagar.
We used snowshoes again, to walk from the track to Lochnagar Col.
Ptarmigan keeping an eye on us.
Couldn’t see anything of the Lochnagar crags.
There is a tremendous amount of snow in the Southern Sector. Not often you could ski down here.

Nice to see some Black Grouse around.
