Last week the Braemar Mountain Rescue team responded to a call from a couple snow bound at Loch Callater. They had walked in before the big snowfall and would have great difficulty walking out. The big red machine went to the rescue and the SAIS got a ride to help access a snow observation site. The light was pretty flat and better looking up the hill than across the flats so a skier in front helped to avoid surprises. Successful mission and thanks for the ride!
