It was a mild, dry and very windy day on the hill today.
The Cairnwell (933 metres) automatic weather machine recorded a gust of 83 mph this morning.
Headed up the fabulous viewpoint of the Coyles of Muick and had views of Lochnagar’s crags, Beinn a Bhuird and Ben Avon. Needless to say there’s not a lot of snow left.
Getting a bit colder tomorrow with a dusting of snow, a step in the right direction!
