Sun and snow patches…

3rd April 2025

After an overnight frost it was a warm and sunny day in the Southern Cairngorms. Easterly winds kept temperatures cool on the higher ground.

The remaining snow patches are confined to the North-West to East facing coires and gullies above 1000 metres on the higher mountains along the Northern boundary off the forecast area.
