Patchy again!

4th February 2025

Another cloudy day with occasional glimpses of the hills. It was pretty obvious from the size of the rivers this morning we had lost a lot of snow overnight. It’s a much patchier landscape now with greatest amounts in the main corries. The freezing level will drop further so we shouldn’t lose much more.

There is new snow forecast overnight, likely to be minimal but an outside chance there will heavier amounts.

A view up to Carn an Tuirc.

Corrie Fionn, here NE aspects had most continuous snow.

Towards Creag Leacach.
