No viz again….

3rd February 2025

Another poor day on the hills  with little visibility  above 600 metres.

The snowpack is thawing with snow loss at lower levels and ground breaking through higher up.

Rain overnight won’t help but it is forecast to cool down later this week.

 

Becoming patchy again.

 

Trying to get shelter from the winds on the corrie path, back of the Cairnwell. Was still possible to tour above 750 metres, not particularly pleasant though!
