With the freezing level dropping to around 600 metres tonight the patchy snow cover will become very firm and is likely to become icy in many locations. Freezing levels will rise sharply later on Saturday afternoon but there will be little change underfoot by nightfall. Sunday’s forecast doesn’t look particularly nice!
Looking towards Creag Leacach.
Expect all snow to be firm and icy.
