Lochnagar.

A trip up past Glas-Allt-Shiel waterfall towards Lochnagar.
The older snow has become much firmer again, although the temperature was above +1 degree when we left the summit. It is expected to become much colder tomorrow with light snow during the day.

Looking down to Loch Muick from the top of Glass Allt Waterfall through the mizzle.. The pony track on the right was our way up.

The bridge at the Glass Allt. Heading up the cloud in the distance. Obviously snow clear tracks until much higher up the hill.

Iain overlooking the corrie in a snow shower. The new snow made little difference to overall conditions, old snow was quite firm. Most of the easier gullies are still full of snow.

Looking towards the 3 star classic, Stuic Buttress (the obvious buttress/ridge). Cover on the plateau starting to break through.
