A cloudy day.

The freezing level was around 900 metres for most of today. It’s due to be well over the tops tomorrow (Friday) but we are avoiding any heavy rain so hopefully we won’t lose too much cover! We are forecast to get storm force winds all day which would make any day on the hills challenging.

A glimpse into the Lochnagar Corrie. A dusting of snow overnight but otherwise dry today. Still hanging on to reasonable amounts of older firm snow.
