Lochnagar.

It felt a long walk in from Gelder Shiel this morning, the unconsolidated shallow covering of snow was slow going underfoot. I suspect those that chose the main track made a better choice!
A lovely start to the day but as forecasted it clouded up with some light snow.
Lochagar and Gelder Shiel.
Lochnagar freezing over again. Around -4 degrees in the corrie today .
Looking a bit whiter. Windslab is expected to become a bit more widespread overnight, some caution regarding route choices.
