Lochnagar

Lochnagar – Sunday 5th February

With good weather  – Lochnagar was popular, both in the corrie and on the summits. Cold wind chill on the tops and very firm underfoot conditions throughout.

I’ll leave the photos to tell the story….

Raeburn’s Gully

Raeburn’s Gully

Raeburn’s Gully was a popular choice today.

Firm snow-ice underfoot. Climbers passing old debris. Un-tweaked photo – the jacket really was THAT bright!

Pleasant conditions on the summit plateau despite the chilly wind.
