Drifting snow.

23rd February 2023

Quite a cold day today, was around -3 degrees first thing and felt like Winter higher up the hill! Plenty of snow blowing around in the strong winds.

Bit milder overnight with some rain before a drop in temps and Northerly strong winds Friday.

Ray descending from the Col. The winds can often be worse around here than on the plateau.

Snow drifting in the very strong Westerly winds.

Bowie making his way to the corrie.

There will be a brief thaw tonight but for Friday there will be a cold Northerly wind blowing into the corrie. Expect old snow to become rock hard.
