The thaw continues.

24th January 2023

The mild temperatures continue to deplete the snow cover. Its still holding on above 900 metres, hopefully with the arrival of cooler temps tomorrow  we won’t lose too much more.

 

Little snow below 900 metres on open hill terrain.

 

On the way up t-Sagairt Mor. High plateau’s and corries still holding good amounts of snow.

 

Stags down in the forest. No digging for food required!
