Another wet day.

16th December 2020

Covid-19

The Scottish Avalanche Information Service would recommend that those wishing to enjoy the winter mountains refer to Mountaineering Scotland and Scottish Government advice regarding Covid-19 and outdoor activities.

The rivers were full this morning as the mild temperatures and rain did their worst.

Lots of snow has now gone form from lower levels, more extensive areas hanging on above 900 metres. Slightly cooler tomorrow, hopefully this will help slow the thaw rate down.

Good to see the snow factory at Glenshee Ski Centre has delivered the goods. At least they can create one run from this.

Looking over Glenshee Ski Centre. Another wet day.
