A cracking day, probably best described as the calm before the storm.
A cold start down in the glens.
The summit of Lochnagar and the icefalls in the False Corrie. It was +7 degrees when I took this picture!
A grouse in the sun. They’ll be hunkering down this weekend.
A good view of Lochnagar. Gives an idea of the lean conditions.
