Pleasant today….wild tomorrow.

11th January 2019

Looks like it’ll be a fairly wild day Saturday, very windy and a bit of snow at higher levels.

Snow is mainly around corrie rims and in gullies.

Glenshee techs getting ready for snow (we hope!)

Looking over towards Ben Avon.

Walkers descending to Glenshee.

As it’s likely to get a bit wild over the next days I went looking for some mountain hares.

Tricky to hide from predators when there is little snow. Mountain hare sheltering from the wind behind a rock. Nice view!

Doing a good job of hiding.

Screes are a favourite place.

Think this guy hasnt got a clue.

Who you looking at?

Never turn your back on them……….
