Bluebird!

24th March 2018

Nice ski up towards the Garbh Corrie, Cairn of Claise today. Occasional breaks in the snow below 800 metres but still extensive cover thereafter.

Great to see plenty of people out enjoying the day. Many were on ski, but now the snow has refrozen its also great for walking, I passed one group making good progress on foot.

Great views today, lots of people out on the hills.

Looking across to Corrie Fionn. There has been quite a few avalanche around this area recently. Lots of skiers enjoying themselves on the Glas Maol runs.

Great coverage on the Glas Maol plateau.

Garbh Corrie and Cairn of Claise. Stunning conditions for ski descents.

Told you so….. A couple of locals (Steve and Ian) had a busy up and down schedule planned!
