Now That’s What I Call Windy…………Vol8.

1st February 2018

Yes, it was another very windy day, we seem to have had a lot of them this year. With a change in wind direction the landscape looks very different today.

I had to abandon going higher up the hill, constantly over 80 mph, there were gusts in excess over 100 mph. There comes a point!

These aspects were all white yesterday, now stripped. Only very sheltered features are holding snow.

The ‘Slide’,on the A93 had a gritter on it for most of the day. Although it had stopped snowing there was a lot of drifting snow landing on it. Glen Shee appeared to be getting most of the snow from the hills.
