Chilly!

7th February 2018

A beautiful morning with blue sky and light winds. Cloud approached fairly quickly during the late morning and light snowfall arrived in the early afternoon. It was very cold and the increasing wind speed made for a pretty intense windchill experience on exposed skin.

A little more light snow due overnight and tomorrow but the winds will be stronger, therefore we are expecting some drifting, especially early on before the freezing level rises to 700m.
