Another hot one!

27th March 2017

Another hot day. Snow really starting to thaw throughout now. A  glide crack was noted on a NE aspect around 900 metres. Forecast to remain mild but likely to be a cloudy day tomorrow.

Another hot day. Looking towards The Stuic from Invercauld Estate.

Toward the main summit of Ben Avon.

Herd of deer heading for the plateau.

Looking across the plateau towards Beinn a Bhuird’s Garbh Corrie. Cover also badly broken at this altitude. North to East aspects holding most snow.

One of the many Tors of Ben Avon. Good granite climbing but a long way to get to.
