Persistant drifting

There was a lot of drifting in the strong winds today. Many steep sheltered features were catching deep unconsolidated snow.
Good cover but without a base at lower levels.
There were quite a few ski tourers out today, it was definitely better than being on foot.
Good cover higher on the hill, great skiing in places!
A bit of video, hopefully it’ll give you an idea of the drifting today.

An incredible amout of snow being re-distributed by those winds , lovely film clip, the dogs seem to be enjoying the conditions !

Yes Lenny, it was a blustery day! Dogs love it!
