Cold overnight

Very much classic Spring conditions at the moment. Very firm surface layers first thing slowly thawing throughout the day. Many aspects still have cornices or remnants that will collapse at some point in these mild conditions.

Snow cover is a  little more broken on plateau areas but there is still snow on most aspects. Deeper areas on NE to SE aspects.
