It was a fine morning on a surprisingly quiet Lochnagar. There was new snow last night down to 800 metres with some small avalanches out of gullies.
Lochnagar crags looking fine this morning. Â Cornices are fairly big in some locations.
Parallel B Gully, the ice in the middle, has had a couple of ascents recently.
Fresh snow overnight, gave the crags a wintry look. Small avalanches down some gullies.
Only a couple of teams in today. These three in the Southern Corrie.
