Lochnagar

22nd March 2014

The snow has re-frozen and is very icy in places. There are some areas of windslab around, with the wind shift and increase in strength tomorrow there will be a build up in unstable snow in some places.
Crags from the West Ridge today. Pretty wild on top with cloud levels moving up and down.
Looking down, the dot’s on the snow are two climbers heading up. I didn’t see anyone else.
Good ice forming in the hidden Corrie. This icefall is fed by a small stream.
