Poor stability.

24th January 2014

Plenty of signs the snow was unstable today.
Generally the snow wasn’t too deep but it was very poorly bonded to the older crust.

This slope released in front of me. About 20 metres wide. This is in Corrie Fionn, Glas Maol.

The black dot is my rucksack to give an idea of scale.
