Snow Flurries

5th March 2013

The high pressure system is finally declining and although it is due to be a mainly dry day tomorrow there may be the odd snow flurry coming our way. It would seem that there is some precipitation due on Wednesday night though.

It was a fair enough day today with light winds and the cloud slowly lowering closer to the summits. The snow is well bonded with a firm crust above 900 metres, however the freezing level is due to rise a little on Wednesday.
