Thawing Fast

Looking North to Ben AvonIt felt mild on the hills today and there has been significant snow loss at lower levels. The cover is broken at all elevations now – but don’t worry there is still plenty of snow around especially on the bigger hills. It might be worth getting on with any plans for a ski tour sooner rather than later as it is going to remain mild again tomorrow. Those walk-ins will get longer and the descents shorter if it keeps thawing at the present rate!
