Another fine day.

30th December 2008

There has not been a lot to report on conditions recently, it’s been getting colder but remained much the same. There are plently of people running, cycling, rock climbing and winter climbing though. The higher peaks have often been above clouds while the corries have remained cold and cloudy. But it was another fine day today.
Older snow is very hard and icy, these patches often finish above rocks.

Ice is forming in some locations on the crags. We’ll keep watching!Pic:looking to the main Cairngorms from the White Mounth.
