Another season starts.

It was a very pleasant start to the season and it would appear conditions here are similar to elsewhere in Scotland.
The snow is very patchy on the White Mounth. Sheltered gullies are holding some snow. There is quite a bit of water ice around, admittedly most of it is on footpaths but possibly Funeral Falls or Snip-Snip by Corrie Kander would be worth a look.
The main Cairngorms are holding larger areas.
