Improving stability.

19th January 2021

The snowpack continues to stabilise. Still good cover on all aspects, often firmer along wind exposed locations.

Although its becoming firmer in places due to the breakable crust, ski’s are probably the best way around the hill.

There is good cover on all aspects. A panoramic view from Carn Nan Sac towards the ski area and the Munros beyond.

Two walkers passing Coire Dhiric while heading to Carn a’Ghoidh.

Very settled conditions today but there will potentially be some significant changes on Thursday.
