A cloudy start.

23rd December 2019

After a cloudy start with some short sharp snow showers the hills were looking white. Mostly cosmetic with snow at higher levels is becoming firm and icy in some locations. The freezing level is expected to be around 900 metres tomorrow so little will change.

The Slide on the A93. Quite a few cars having problems this morning.

The Cairnwell. A new light covering on most aspects after the mornings snow showers.

Looking down the Glas Maol tow into Corrie Fionn. Many good firm patches are left, just need a bit more!

Walkers on the way to from Glas Maol.
