All change (again!)

25th February 2017

One day I’m trail breaking in thigh deep dry snow, the next day I’m wading through slush… Weirdest winter ever! The A93 closed last night due to snow drifts across it and by late morning water is running off the hills and into the burns at a rapid rate. 700m freezing level tonight so all that wet snow should develop a good strong crust on it. Some snow forecast as well…..

Sort of says it all!

Cloud lifted in the afternoon to give views of patchy snow…
