Always a bonus to get good visibility.
It was a clear day today, no new snow or drifting.
The snow cover is excellent from around 600 metres. Recently the winds have gone round the ‘directional clock’ redistributing the snow on all aspects. Worth checking our reports on snow stability.
The ski area looked busy today with lots of work going on to open up runs.
Windslab was noted on many aspects.
At our pit site we noted a temperature gradient and onset of some unstable crystals that could develop over the next few days. Our reports will highlight this if it becomes significant.
