Definitely Winter

We had quite a lot of snow overnight, certainly a lot more than in recent weeks with deep windslab developing in lee locations.
It’s definitely winter up there!
Winds stripping these West facing aspects.
The Cairnwell. The wind blowing across here, deep drifts in places.East aspects have the deepest snow.
Ski hut around 750 metres, back in the snow again.
Yukon decided it is Winter and goes to ground.
Walkers heading for Glas Maol.
Ptarmigans plumage confirms it really is Spring
