Clear and cold.

29th January 2015

A cold and clear day today. What were areas of powdery new snow yesterday, is now windslab with easy shears. It’s restricted to sheltered locations but it’s now fairly easy to transition between hard or no snow to unstable windslab.

Many windward aspects are scoured, patchy or snow free.
